Tana Hutchinson is a national franchise consultant, speaker, author, and creator of the Non-Negotiable 20™. An entrepreneur who has owned several businesses over the years, she is the founder of Tana Hutchinson Franchise Search Firm and lives in San Diego County, California. For 26 years, she has helped people find their perfect franchise businesses — placing hundreds of people in businesses nationwide, many of whom have gone on to win Rookie of the Year and Franchisee of the Year awards.
In October 2019, she quit alcohol for good. In December 2022, she launched the daily habit that became the Non-Negotiable 20™. She has founded and co-founded several accountability groups — including Level Up and Wellness Warriors — whose members span the country and change each other's lives daily.
